With over 9 years of experience, as hosts, we are deeply committed to respecting your privacy, so we provide the exclusivity of our residence for you, while ensuring that your stay is nothing short of exceptional.Enjoy a memorable stay in this large house, totally surrounded by nature, located on the banks of the iconic Paiva River, where you can go hiking along the "Paiva Trail" a few meters from home and enjoy a small beach also located on this route. (search for location and more information on the map) It is available during summer and pets are welcome.
Facilities
Completely fenced, you can enjoy the two floors and a large garage for storage and parking of your vehicle.Downstairs you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, gas stove and oven, a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace and TV, a cozy bedroom and a recently renovated bathroom with washing machine.On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, one of them with a small private terrace, a bathroom and a small living room that can serve as a work area.The floors are connected by a staircase and in each of these, in its front part, there are two extensive balconies. (lower floor next to the living room and on the upper floor in one of the bedrooms and living room)Outside there is a kitchen that includes a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven with a small terrace and a table along with chairs for outdoor dining. Two small gardens and a lemon tree and 2 orange trees.

We stayed here for four days and loved it! It's in a very quiet area, in the middle of nature - perfect for when you need a break from a noisy city life. However, the closest town, Castro Daire, is only a 12 minute car drive away, which was perfect for getting groceries etc. It's a very spacious place with all the necessary ammenities, a fully-equipped kitchen and beautiful trees growing nearby, which keeps the place rather fresh (even during the very warm days we were there). I especially liked having our meals on the patio. Imelda is very friendly and easy to reach. Would definitely come back again and recommend it to others!

Amazing house in the heart of nature. You can hear the river from your living room and have beautiful views from the balconies. I love the big windows around the house, it allows so much light into the rooms. Very private and calm surrondings. I totally recommend!
