Facilities

The house has one double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The house is fully equipped with all household appliances, plus washing machine and tumble dryer. The interiors in exposed wood adds character to the house and the owner has been meticulous with the choice and quality of the fittings. You can enjoy the eating areas inside and outside in a private terrace with barbecue.A folding bed may be provided upon request (additional fees apply).

Location and surroundings

This spacious and well-appointed house is perfectly located for guests that want to enjoy the best the Silver Coast has to offer and retreat to a quiet countryside location afterwards (Vau). Your nearest beach is Praia del Rey where you will find a beautiful stretch of soft sand beach. For golfers, you are ideally situated just 10-15kms away from three top golf courses, Bom Sucesso, Praia Del Rey and Royal Obidos.For a lively environment the historic walled town of Obidos is very close indeed with its array of things to see, places to eat and festivities (Medieval fair, Chocolate festival, Christmas market, Opera week, etc.). There are also amenities in Vau itself, including grocery shops and some budget places to eat. For water sports, trekking and biking, the stunning Obidos lagoon is also very close. You can also visit Baleal for surf and Foz Do Arelho for water ski, wake board, kite ski and sail.The fishing village of Peniche, only 20 km away, is also worth a visit, particularly for its beautiful beaches and some of the best places for surfing in Europe - Baleal bay and Super Tubos beach, where the World Surf League Tour takes place.

A city tax of € 1 per person is not included (for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, for all guests of 13 years old and more).A mandatory cleaning and management charge of €90 for the linen, meet and greet and final cleaning should be paid when confirming your booking.Please note that a security deposit will be requested; the amount will depend on the number of days of the stay. The deposit will be returned immediately after the stay provided that the propriety and its content are left in perfect working conditions. The security deposit should be paid in advance, until 7 days before the check-in date, by bank transfer.
