Facilities

One large room with double bed and sofa-bed, interior old-fashioned kitchen, outside modern shower. Requeixo with Small Dam for baths, easy walking 300m, with tree shade and barbecue. And some delicious local codfish pastries. Other guest don’t cross and we don't rent when one space is booked (keeping it exclusive). Note: Swimming Pool is seasonal, from June to September (other months ask first). Private pool above ground. TV TDT (national channels only, no cable)*, Microwave. Enjoy and explore local Codcake Rural Trail! Note: We have an exterior fence for dogs if needed. Now with wooden floor. Can join "Rustic Little House", upgrading to 4+4 people occupation.

Location and surroundings

In addition to the regional architectural interest, the Romanesque route, and other municipal attractions like ecotrail for biking, nature sports, wine tasting. At Fermil or Celorico you may find supermarkets and commerce. We have the new rural trail, marked by us, of "codfish pastries", which interconnects our various properties, with two small dams over Rivermill and Requeixo (natural pools), integrated into nature, good for relaxing and bathing. We have picnic areas, animals and organic farming to visit at the Quinta.

Conditions €630 per month, plus expenses Plus Deposit fee, equal to a month value, returned after 15 days, after cleaning/ full checkup and photos are done. - MONTHLY RENTING - July and August, Summer period month fee is higher. A minimum of 6 months is preferable. * Expenses not included! (electricity) Only has National TV channels using TDT. Internet for renting must be obtained by client. Mobile 4G/5G HUB. There's mobile internet with unlimited data for €30+ per month. Or fiber internet maybe possible. MEO to be installed by guest. (safeguard for house content monthly rent) Short stays housing tourism is more full of house content. For longer stays, house content is minimum, or starter, or to be agreed. Typically only large equipments are available. If small equipments get damaged, and already out of warranty, guest must replace it.
