Cottage, our farm jewel, is a rustic feel house, within the farm life, within free animals (Sheep, Geese, Pimpão, Tobias…), with private traditional water pool-tank (renewed daily), accessible through a tree boulevard. Up to four people, or small family, with comfort. Has one space with large double bed, with integrated kitchenette, and vintage shower (Solar heating or manual override). Living Room with sofabed for two people, dinner table, long balcony over the window.Air conditioning, swing on Farm! Can pick an apple over our Organic Farm!!!Now with Fiber Internet, TV, High Speed. Optimal for mobile work!!!Near main house through a courtyard. Can visit the watermill and other special places. Note: Seasonal Pool-Tank from June to September (other months ask first). You can enjoy the Solar Terrace, with furniture, small pool, solar ovens. Note: This house is not eligible for D7 Visa.

Location and surroundings

Local grocery, coffeshop. Local Trail connecting our Rivermill and river bathes at Requeixo, with delicious codfish cakes. We have contact for Yoga classes.You can visit our new Rivermill at Borba de Montanha, with spinning exterior wheel, live mill for grain grinding and local housing. Around can enjoy River beaches (Fermil, Quintela, Borba de Montanha). From Amarante to Mondim de Basto, there is an Ecotrail for the family, by bicycle or walk. Tâmega River. The closest locations are Celorico de Basto (with a Ludic park with several mills and river; good restaurants) and Library; Amarante, Guimarães, Mondim de Basto; Alvão Park.
