Family home, with generous dimensions, modern, with three independent bedrooms, one suite. Generous outdoor areas, with saltwater pool, children's swing, barbecue. Generous living room with panoramic mountain views. Lower floor with Snooker, connection with outdoor garden, kitchen and dining area. Between our Quinta and the House-Museum in Requeixo.

Location and surroundings

It is a characteristic rural neighborhood, local grocery and coffeeshop, also can visit our farm and buy bio products, apples, potatoes, onions, lemons, other fruits (stock dependent). Near Requeixo a local lady makes and sells delicious codfish cakes!!! It has Bus stop on main road.

Additional conditions

It is a characteristic rural neighborhood, with some support points, with cafeterias, restaurants, supermarket, and nearby we have Fermil. Two Fluvial Beaches in Fermil on the River Bouro, and in Canedo de Basto along the River Tâmega. The closest locations are Celorico de Basto (with a Ludic park with several mills and river; good restaurants) and Library; Amarante, Guimarães, Mondim de Basto; Alvão Park. We provide contacts for Radical Sports/ Sightseeing. 1260 Eur/ month, updated value* Plus Deposit fee, equal to a month value, returned after 15 days, after cleaning/ full checkup and photos are done. For monthly renting not available on high season (June, July, August, September), or rent value has to be agreed. This Period is for Holidays only! House to be freed before this period!!!
