Exclusive House, Upper room with Double Bed (plus Mattress or Baby Cot), Sofa Bed in the ground floor. Farm life integrated, with range free animals (geese say good morning). With exclusive swimming pool, shade and sun loungers. Trail of codfish pastries and Rivermill, river baths, River Beaches, Cascata, Mills, Eco Trail.

Facilities

Refurbished rock based house, although integrated within the farm life, we’ve made a fenced perimeter for more privacy and animal’s less interference. With a private surface pool and mini-farm, terrace, sunbathing, outside meal table. Ramped to first floor with balcony, large king bed, relax and table spots, shower bathroom. Ground Floor with sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and dinner table. Now ground-floor with wooden floor, more comfy. Now with Fiber Internet, TV, High Speed. Optimal for mobile work!!! Besides visiting our nature places, you can ride your bike at Tâmega Eco Track. Nota: Swimming Pool is seasonal, from June to September (other months ask first). Air conditioning. Swing over the Lake Farm! Curiosity: "Eira" meaning is a place of storage, or vegetable treatment.

Location and surroundings

Local Restaurant with good portuguese food, traditional space feel. Local trail connects our Rivermill with river bathes, and at Requeixo also, with a delicious codfish cake from a local producer. Yoga contact can be provided and other activities. You can visit our new Rivermill at Borba de Montanha, with spinning exterior wheel, live mill for grain grinding and local housing. Around can enjoy River beaches (Fermil, Quintela, Borba de Montanha). From Amarante to Mondim de Basto, there is an Ecotrail for the family, by bicycle or walk. Tâmega River. The closest locations are Celorico de Basto (with a Ludic park with several mills and river; good restaurants) and Library; Amarante, Guimarães, Mondim de Basto; Alvão Park.

Conditions - FOR MONTHLY RENTING - 920 Eur/ month, updated value* Plus Deposit fee, equal to a month value, returned after 15 days, after cleaning/ full checkup and photos are done. For monthly renting not available on high season (June, July, August, September), or rent value has to be agreed. This Period is for Holidays only! House to be freed before this period!!! Preference 6 months Less months, cost can be higher. *All Expenses not included! (safeguard for house content monthly rent) Short stays housing tourism is more full of house content. For longer stays, house content is minimum, or starter, or to be agreed. Typically only large equipments are available. If small equipments get damaged, and already out of warranty, guest must replace it. Typically longer stays, guest must buy small house content and appliances.
