Rural house from the end of the 19th century, recently remodeled, integrated into a pleasant green space, with a swimming pool, where there is no shortage of colorful flowers and the chirping of birds.

Facilities

Our farm includes 2 autonomous units. A house with just 1 double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and a small living room, which we call Casa do Forno. Another, Casa D'Avo Amélia, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 single, bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room. Both are fully equipped, including hygiene products. The price is for the smallest house.

Location and surroundings

The farm is just 5km from the junction of the A1 and A25, leaving at Albergaria-a-Velha. In the surrounding area there is the beautiful Ria de Aveiro, the Pateiras of Fermentelos and Salreu and the magnificent beaches of Barra and Costa Nova, which can be accessed via the A25. 15km away is the city of Aveiro and 60km away are the cities of Porto, Viseu and Coimbra, all accessible by motorways. The beautiful Paiva valley, the walkways and the suspension bridge are approximately 50km away. But much closer we have the Fo Vouga valley, the Cabreia waterfall, the Ribeiradio dam. A region worth knowing.

Additional conditions

The Quinta has high-speed internet, both houses have television, and in the courtyard you can also have a barbecue, in addition to the pool space.
