The equipment of the house: Spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen (renewed in 2023!), 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en-suite (renewed in 2026!) large south-facing, partly covered terrace and a marvelous garden 4,500 sqm. Amenities: Microwave oven, dishwasher, washing maschine, air condition, heating, SAT-TV ("ASTRA"), free WIFI. Service included: Towels, linen, final cleaning, "meet & greet", provided by a small local agency. Rates: 95 - 130 EUR/night, seasonal, deposit 300 EUR Minimum stay 5 nights, maximum stay 2 months. Location and surroundings

Distances: 1,300 m to the small bar in Eirões. 1,700 m to the good restaurant in Estorninhos. 9 km to Benamor Golf. 10 km to the supermarket in Conceição de Tavira. 15 km to the beach of Manta Rota. 15 km to the pitoresque town of Tavira with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and the large shopping center "Gran Plaza". 50 km to Faro airport. A car is recommended, you have easy access on a tarmac road (renewed in 2026!). We have a spacious carport for your car. In elevated position with a private hilltop and a fantastic panoramic sea view.
