The combination of a Hotel, a Restaurant and a Museum, totally dedicated to chocolate, so you can discover its origins, its history, curiosities and unforgettable flavor's. A century old building, where chocolate was once produced and from where a sweet aroma used to emerge all over the city, is today a newly restored building that keeps its history and memories alive, but with a new purpose. Today, the production is of unique experiences totally dedicated to chocolate.

"The Diocesan Sanctuary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus", also referred to as "Sanctuary of Monte de Santa Luzia", is a Catholic Christian sanctuary located on top of Monte de Santa Luzia, in the district of Viana do Castelo.   Built between the years 1904-1959, the sanctuary's main characteristic is the plan in the shape of a Greek cross, with elements in neo-romantic, neo-gothic and byzantine style, in an eclectic and revivalist taste that marked the turn of the century.

A walk of about 10-15 minutes, depending on physical condition, leads to a beautiful viewpoint overlooking a waterfall. The path is quite steep in certain points and ends with a large staircase on some boardwalks, so please be cautious, especially for people with mobility difficulties. The best time to visit is after rainfall.

The Chapel of Senhora da Lapa in Vieira do Minho is a captivating sight, known for its distinctive construction beneath a large rock that forms its roof. Situated within the granite Penamourinha hill in Soutelo parish, this chapel is a unique blend of natural and man-made elements, featuring an inclined boulder topped with a stone cross and a church facade nestled in a cave-like space. The annual festival and pilgrimage held on the second Sunday of July attract numerous visitors for both religious observance and cultural festivities.

Romanesque castle, located in Celorico de Bastos, is part of the castellation movement that marked European territory between the 10th and 12th centuries.
